We offer Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR). After inspection, the report will highlight and recommend any electrical repairs or improvements required.

EICRs are a legal requirement for rental properties (since 2021) and are valid for five years or on change of tenancy. Annual inspections are also recommended.

Standard rates

Our standard rate is £70 for the first hour then £35 for each additional half-an-hour or part half-hour.

Out of hours and emergency rates

Our emergency call-out rate is £100 for the first hour then £50 for each additional half-an-hour or part half-hour.

Please note, we are not VAT registered so no VAT is added to the above rates.

All parts supplied are purchased with VAT paid.
